WEBINAR (0) recorded October 14, 2015

High school students in college preparatory chemistry courses have been exposed to enough theory to understand many of the fundamental ideas of medicinal chemistry.  This webinar presents four AP and IB topics—hydrogen bonding, equilibrium, first-order kinetics, and acidity—and their applications to the discovery of new pharmaceuticals.  These topics and applications may be useful for increasing engagement of advanced high school chemistry students.
